Consultant Project Profit Share Example

As a Zip-Tech Consultant, your involvement which results in increased fee income to the Company, contributes to the growth of Zip-Tech Energy, this will allow us to distribute Project Profit Share in line with your individual contribution.
This additional Project Profit Share is in addition to the Company profit distribution which reduces your Business Development Fund over year 3.

This example is based on a consultant with his own business development for freely selling gas through hie/her own network to generate take home income of N120,000.00 monthly minimum for themselve, introducing two more projects/people of similar fee income fee value in the first year for 9 and 6 months respectively (15 months total billing) and every year going forward.

Position: - Policies Project Officer/Communications Specialist
Program Overview
The Governance Facility (GF) is an innovative governance initiative in Nigeria, aimed at contributing to security, stability, basic service delivery and inclusive growth for all Nigerians. The GF will be responsible for the design and implementation of most of Nigeria future governance portfolio under the strategic direction and oversight of the Nigeria and NLNG Policies. Bringing governance activities under one umbrella, the facility will enable ZTE to achieve greater coherence between, and consolidation of, individual activities, effective staff mainstreaming, smarter administrative, contracting and management processes, and improved knowledge sharing and actions on lessons learned across the governance portfolio.

Role Summary
  • The Communications Specialist will provide expert technical advice to the Service Provider to develop and execute the Regional Gas Network Initiative (RGNI) Communications Strategy as guided by the GF Communications Manager and the Director, Communities and Civil Society. The Communication Specialist will also support the broader GF with the management and implementation of strategic and targeted communication inputs. Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -
  • Develop and implement a RGNI Communications Strategy
  • Develop and implement communications tools, templates and products for the RGNI team
  • Support the broader GF communications team
  • Edit and supervise completion of web-based content reporting, case studies and social media
  • Liaise with National & Regional Marketing Unit to drive interactive media releases, communications and web content
  • Develop advocacy and presentation products to promote RGNI (with budget allocations)
  • Drive a longer term sustainable RGNI Communications Strategy for the Australian Government
  • Coordinate RGNI events and ceremonies and represent RGNI at working groups and official events as required
  • Draft briefings, speeches, media releases, and other communication material for stakeholders
  • Coordinate communications activities across RGNI key partners
  • Develop relevant community-based communications products

The successful candidate will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications/ Marketing/ Media or related field
  • 5-7 years’ professional experience in public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field
  • An understanding of the public diplomacy requirements of the Nigeria Governments
  • Strong demonstrated skills and experience in developing high quality communications content and strategies, publications and promotional materials
  • Experience in liaising with national media organisations to drive press releases and manage media coverage

Project Consultant

Job Description
The selected candidate will assume his/her responsibilities in September of 2016.

Expected qualifications:
A comparable professional science degree in Business Management or related experience or at least two years of experience in college level courses related to Human Resources, Agribusiness Management, Finance or Business Organization or a minimum of two years in business management.
Commitment with the comprehensive education of students. Solid and effective leadership and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Mastery of both Nigeria and English languages, with experience working in a multicultural environment, for at least two years. An exclusive, full-time commitment to ZTE. General purpose and main responsibilities:
Develop outreach to Agribusiness area and to be actively involved in them; as well as training programs for executives.
Carry out activities that foster the entrepreneurial spirit in the nationally.
Develop study cases and videos.
Promote alliances and business linkages in the private sector, nationally, regionally and internationally.

Market Research Manager (MRM)
Job Description
Lead management of team and ensure appropriate operating procedures are in place and followed.
Primary liaison with ZTE HQ team; Supervise Advisor, Finance and Operations Manager
Work with Advisor, Finance and Operations Manager and develop annual work plans and budgets and ensure activities are in line with ZTE objectives.
Accountable for reporting requirements for project, including weekly and monthly updates, Semi Annual Reports, and data workbooks.
In coordination with the Advisor, liaise with the NLNG/NNPC to ensure activities are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
Provide technical support to the NLNG/NNPC for strategic planning, specifically related to Energy Security
In accordance with communications strategy agreed upon with National staff senior management.
Develop and manage mechanisms for coordination and collaboration with other partners in Nigeria.
Provide final review and dissemination of reports and summary updates on progress of program activities for submission to ZTE and relevant partners and stakeholders (annually etc.).
Domestic travel 50% International 10%
Perform other work as needed by ZTE project management.
  • B.Sc./Master's Degree in Science or other relevant discipline from Nigeria University and a minimum of five years' progressive experience implementing and leading technical and program activities programs.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a leadership role in projects.
  • Experience working with NLNG/NNPC projects.
  • Experience in all aspects of program management: planning, implementation and monitoring.
  • Understanding and appreciation of country-led energy or development strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysing to inform project practices, knowledge of reporting procedures & best practices.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, commodity procurement, logistics and distribution issues, particularly relating to mass drug administration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to successfully coordinate with NLNG/NNPC officials.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and decision making skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting
  • Strong Ibo, Hausa, Yoruba, English, oral and written communication and presentation skills, French/German oral.
  • Additional fluency in languages of ZTE/NLNG/NNPC -supported countries will be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
