Vehicle conversion
It will take a typical installation for any given vehicle 3-4 hours without unanticipated complications. You can book online from any of the certified installators, it will gives you time to ensure all necessary components are in stock for your vehicle make and model.

The system is reversible
LPG converted cars feed liquefied gas to an evaporator that then feeds to a regulator/gas controller. Our system can be removed at any time without affecting the factory fitted system, to be reinstall in a new vehicle. The system is standalone, meaning it is totally separate and does not use or require any portion of OEM components. We install a fully programmable ECM (on-board computer), and this technology allows programming for any four, six, or eight cylinder engine.

LPG/CNG is safe for vehicle
LPG/CNG is stored in a bulletproof cylinder made-up of steel or in a very strong polymers cylinder. These cylinders will withstand collusion at speed of 80 mph at 8 G in all direction. Compared to factory fitted tanks made out of a thin sheet of metal that is subject to leaks after such collusionis consider dangerous.
CNG is lighter than air and dissipates if a leak occurs. Most all home and business heating and cooking appliances utilize Natural Gas because of safety, dependability and cost-effectiveness. Natural Gas is the safest, cheapest, cleanest burning, and most abundant fuel available in the market today.

LPG/CNG not Harmful to Auto-Engine
Indeed, the use of CNG can extend the life of the engine, due to the clean combustion of gas and no carbon is generated during combustion process. The engine components and oil are not subject to the contamination produced by using petrol or diesel
It is possible to switch between the two types of fuel during operation, with the on and off button switch conveniently install on the instrument dashboard. This can be done anytime during operation. However most times it is not used, as all LPG/CNG-petrol switching is done automatically and seamlessly.

New Tank Install
The LPG/CNG system uses its own storage tank, usually mounted in the vehicle boot, spear wheel compartment or underneath the vehicle, depending on safety issue, available space and driver preference.

Remember that your system requires inspection every 3 years or 36,000 miles, we advise 10,000 miles regular check-up. All part and labour are warranted for one year from the date of certified installation. If for any reason you find your system not operating properly or for any reason you believe the system has been tampered with please get the vehicle back to us.

Natural Gas Fleet Services - Clean Energy

AFV offers services to the natural gas vehicle industry that include competitive compressed natural gas pricing for larger fleet customers, as well as AFV financing.

AFV has a private loan program with a 15% interest rate for the cost of converting private fleets to operate on alternative fuels, for the incremental cost of purchasing an original equipment manufacturer AFV, and for the installation of AFV fuelling infrastructure. The repayment of the loan has a maximum twelve months period.

The Working of an LPG Generator Conversion

Eveporator like we have in vehicles are not necessary for small stationary engines as they can draw the vaporized gas straight from the top of the Propane bottle without the risk of the liquid splashing around and entering the regulator.
The fuel gas is fed through a standard 37mbar Propane regulator, similar to those in caravans when the gas flows into a gas controller that control the rate at which gas is fed into the stationary engine. Inside this gas controller is a diaphragm that responds to the pressure pulse generated by the induction stroke of the engine.
This same pulse travels up the same pipe that feeds gas to the carburetor, acting upon the diaphragm in the gas controller which in turn opens a valve allowing the regulated gas supply to escape through the controller to the engine. 
The mixture of gas to air is determined by the size of a jet that is usually located at, or close to, the carburetor.

Stationary Generator High Pressure LPG Installation

For all HIGH PRESSURE LPG kits packaged in stationary generator conversion customers must purchase the connection hose and quick disconnect coupler for this easy connection (see market place)

Most often stationary fuel systems will have a high pressure regulator at the tank and a low pressure regulator where the gas enters the home.

To use your generator portably as shown:

12hp or smaller engine order a Type A, B, C or C Kit and the NPSK 6' or 12' hose accessory
13hp or larger engine order a Type 1 or 2 and the PGK 6' or 12' hose accessory
13hp or larger engine order a Type 3 or 4 and the NPSK 6' or 12' hose accessory

Stationary Propane Installation

Here is a design that could be use in an industrial estate setting, an private estate or anywhere with high density population with common standard of two stage propane system. Two stage systems have a high pressure regulator at the propane tank. The gas line from the high pressure regulator runs over to the Low pressure regulator at the home.
There are three way classify Propane by pressure:-
  • Tank Pressure-Unregulated pressure in any size propane tank or cylinder can range on average from 80 to 250 psi. bullet
  • High Pressure-The unregulated tank pressure is now regulated and maintained at a constant outlet pressure between 8 to 12 psi no matter what the tank pressure may be.
  • Low Pressure-Regulates the high pressure (or even tank pressure for single stage systems) and maintains at a constant outlet pressure between 11 to 14 inches of water column. (28 inches=1 psi)

Above is a picture of a basic high pressure TYPE 1 or TYPE 2 kit tied into a propane system. Most propane systems will have a high pressure regulator at the tank and a low pressure regulator where the gas enters the home, the TYPE 1 and TYPE 2 kits are designed to tie into the gas line from the high pressure side of the system, anywhere between the tank and the home.

You may equally connect the systems into the house pipe system AFTER the low pressure regulator. A low pressure Type 3 or 4 Kit and the Type A and C Kits are used for low pressure. These kits are similar in operation as natural gas.
